Uluru Bar and Restaurant Ltd. Ardkeen, Dunmore Rd, Waterford X91NCD8 is hiring a Chef de Partie. The Chef de Partie will play a key role in ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals align with our restaurant’s standards. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, manage daily preparation tasks, and support seamless service delivery, particularly during peak times. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section to maintain the high-quality standards of Uluru Bar and Restaurant. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members to coordinate service and optimize efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in English, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members. 39 hours per week, Min Annual Salary range of €34,000 -€39,000.
