Job Description: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube to drive online orders and catering leads. Manage the digital content calendar to align with seasonal menus, private event offerings, and corporate catering promotions. Create engaging social media content including reels, videos, and high-quality photography to highlight culinary experiences, chef stories, and client testimonials. Optimize the company’s presence on Google My Business and other local listings to increase visibility in local searches and improve footfall. Design and run email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, new services, and event catering packages, targeting both B2C and B2B audiences. Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic for relevant search terms. Maintain and update landing pages focused on private dining, event packages, and corporate catering, ensuring mobile responsiveness and SEO optimization. Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and event planners to enhance brand awareness through digital partnerships and authentic content. Key Requirements: Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and Mailchimp (or similar platforms). Possess a strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, link-building, and on-page optimization techniques. Bring a solid grasp of social media marketing best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, especially for food and lifestyle content. Understand audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations to support catering and events-driven sales cycles. Exhibit excellent content creation skills for short-form video, blog writing, visual storytelling, and food-related campaigns.
