Join a respected healthcare facility in Drogheda as a Healthcare Chef. This rewarding and fast-paced role focuses on preparing fresh, high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of patients, staff, and visitors. Ideal for chefs with experience in healthcare or large-scale catering environments.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and present nutritious meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines.
Lead or support kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols.
Oversee food storage, stock rotation, and waste minimisation.
Monitor portion control, food presentation, and allergen awareness.
Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams on meal planning.
Maintain a clean, compliant, and organised kitchen environment.

Requirements:
QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting.
Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes.
Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: €20.29/per Hour
Day shifts only – Monday to Sunday roster
Double Pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays
Ongoing support from office and out-of-hours teams
