 Cleaning Supervisor

Kinsale, Co. Cork - Full time

What you'll do:
Supervise and lead a cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness across office, lobby, and industrial areas.

Create and manage cleaning rotas and coordinate leave with GSM to ensure full operational coverage.

Support team through training, inductions, and regular huddles that reflect Sodexo’s values.

Maintain stock levels and ensure all cleaning equipment is in safe working order.

Monitor and audit cleaning standards through safety walks, SOP checks, and Level 1 Sodexo audits.

Liaise with staff, clients, and delivery teams ensuring high customer service standards.

Lead quality control initiatives, ensuring GMP compliance, and support site audits.

Manage health and safety protocols, COSHH compliance, and timely incident reporting.

Support or lead investigations related to cleaning quality or complaints.

What you'll bring:
Supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities environment (required)

Good understanding of Health & Safety, GMP standards, and COSHH regulations

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with audits, training delivery, and staff management

A “right first time” and safety-first mindset

Ability to complete documentation accurately and drive team performance
