Job Description: 
Silvas Catering Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and achieve financial goals, contributing to the continued success of our establishment. 

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth execution of day-to-day restaurant activities, focusing on operational flow, team coordination, and service consistency.
Works closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure menu standards are upheld and food is delivered promptly and to expected quality levels.
Oversees front-of-house teams by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and hands-on training, while promoting a positive and customer-focused work environment.
Maintains compliance with health and hygiene standards, local safety regulations, and operational protocols, escalating issues where necessary.
Handles basic customer relations by addressing feedback and resolving minor complaints to maintain service satisfaction.
Supports local marketing efforts and seasonal promotions, contributing to increased foot traffic and brand visibility at the unit level.


Requirements: 
A minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related area. 
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. 
Familiarity with industry standards, financial management, and team supervision. 




Salary: €34,000 per year. 
Ph.: €16.77
Hours per Week: 39 hours. 
Start Date: 09/08/2025
