Chef de Partie is required to work at Templeogue Taverns Limited T/A The Morgue at Templeogue Inn, Templeogue Village, Templeogue Dublin 6, D6W KW29 Ireland. Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Duties are supervising, being responsible for ordering general items for the kitchen, preparation, cooking, presentation of various dishes, preparing menus and ensuring relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
