What you'll do: Oversee daily service operations, to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards Lead and motivate the food service team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment and maximise productivity Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and equipment to maintain sufficient stock and minimise waste Enforce strict sanitation, safety and hygiene practices in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
