The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting management in decision-making with accurate financial reporting. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role offers long-term growth potential in a dynamic and professional working environment. Duties include: Preparing monthly and annual financial statements Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management Budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis Managing VAT returns and corporation tax compliance Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies Supporting management with financial insights and reporting Candidate Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Financial Accountant Strong understanding of Irish accounting standards and tax law Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
