BoExpress Limited t/a Queen Stop located at286 Rathmines Rd Lower, Rathmines, Dublin, D06 X9X5 is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the busy team!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage food and beverage operations in the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Ensure compliance with Irish food safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
Oversee stock control, supplier orders, and cost management to maximize profitability.
Control inventory, manage stock orders, and minimize wastage.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Develop business strategies to increase sales and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, sales reports, and budgeting.
Maintain authentic Chinese cuisine standards while adapting to local preferences.
Implement marketing initiatives (social media, promotions, events) to attract customers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must hold a recognized diploma in Management, Business Management, or a related field.
The ideal candidate must has minimum 5 years in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Applicant must have a good command of the English language, and  Mandarin desirable.

Salary: 34,000Euro per annum subject to 39 hours contract. 2 years contract is provided.
