I am seeking a skilled Plasterer to join my Plasterer Company. The successful candidate will apply various plastering techniques to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to ensure a smooth, durable, and appealing finish. Work will include restoration, decorative plastering, Taping and joining and external rendering.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents. Mix plaster to the correct consistency and apply coats to interior or exterior surfaces. Smooth and level plaster using trowels, floats, and other hand tools. Repair and patch damaged plasterwork or render. Install or repair drywall (in some cases). Apply decorative finishes such as stucco, cornices, and ornamental plasterwork. Follow technical drawings and specifications and ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Clean tools and work/site areas after each job.
Requirements: Proven experience as a plasterer or relevant apprenticeship. Knowledge of different plastering techniques (e.g., solid, fibrous, skimming, rendering).Punctuality is mandatory. Attention to detail and a good eye for finish quality. Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage. Manual Handling is essential.
Work Environment: Work is typically carried out on-site in residential and commercial buildings and can involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors. May require travel between multiple job sites, must hold valid driving license.
Salary: • € 36500 Gross Annual for a 39 hour week plus overtime. Candidate Requirements . Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 2 .
