Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Use of horticultural equipment to include a lawnmower, strimmer and leaf blower.
Power washing.
Cleaning and Painting on an ad hoc basis.
Pruning overgrowth.
Maintain shrub beds.
Eligibility criteria is 1 year or more on a (DSP Payment) or a combination of payments.  Alternatively, over 50 and signing for credits for 12 months or more.  Contact 087 13 24 723 for more information.
