The role of business development specialist involves business development and business data analysis activities in restaurant and hospitality sector. Specialist business analysis and market analysis research. Advises and makes recommendations to company related to business development and innovation based on business and market research findings. Advises on Business Process Improvements and implementation of hospitality related technology solutions to enhance business performance and increase profits of company. In charge of developing and managing measurable business development project strategies. Planning for and executing integrated business innovation campaigns and strategies. Preparing high level business development and innovation analysis reports. Acts as company brand strategist. Responsible for providing specialist business development and innovation advice to senior management with a view to enhancing business development and innovation strategies. Attending and participating in all relevant trade shows and industry workshops and conferences. Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the business identifying problems concerned with business strategy and development. Advises and makes recommendations in relation to business process improvements related to business development in the company. Preparing detailed business reports based on business data analytics. Set, monitor and achieve sales targets with the management team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs. To drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards in business performance and development. To achieve business development targets with the management team in order to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled. Assigns tasks and monitors and reviews staff performance. Minimum annual remuneration €34000 per year. Location of employment: Sole Seafood and Grill, 18-19 South William Street Dublin 2  D02 KV76: Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
