Recruitment Team Leader required to work at Temporary Outsourced Trades and Labour Limited at 9/10 The Village Centre Lucan Road Co. Dublin K78CP76 Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate must have a qualification related to Business or HR area (foreign qualifications are accepted). The candidate must also have at least 6 months’ experience in Recruitment. Fluency in a second language is an advantage. Main Duties: 1. Determine staffing and recruitment needs in line with company objectives; 2. Oversee the preparation of job descriptions, drafting of job advertisements, and interviewing of candidates; 3. Manage and monitor the onboarding process and employee performance, identifying career development and training needs; 4. Plan and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires; 5. Supervise recruitment staff, providing support and guidance to ensure targets are met; 6. Maintain client and candidate relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process; 7. Prepare recruitment reports and track performance KPIs for management review; 8. Stay informed on relevant legislation, ensuring compliance in all recruitment processes.
