Spray Painter - LSM Engineering Ltd 
Salary: €16.80 - €21.00 per hour depending on experience
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible)

LSM Engineering Ltd was formed in 1997 as an engineering firm in Portlaoise to manufacture balers for the packaging recycling market.
As part of a planned expansion we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Spray Painter to join our Production team based at our factory in Portlaoise. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in similar roles, and have experience of spray equipment and machinery.
Ability to commute/relocate: Portlaoise, County Laois: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Requirements Include:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Innovative and quick to grasp ideas to develop creative and viable solutions to problems.
Able to demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet strict deadlines.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and health & safety.
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation
· Proven ability and agility to embrace new systems, processes, technology and ideas
