Cut, shape, and assemble wooden elements for the construction of buildings and other structures. Construct and install wooden frames to support wood framed buildings. Have a good knowledge of wood and wood products. Be physically capable of the demanding work involving communicating clearly with supervisors, fellow tradespeople, and customers.
