JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have two years’ experience in construction and operating a Crane. Operate cranes to lift, move, position and place heavy objects like building materials and equipment at various construction sites within Cork city. LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION: A skilled trade is an advantage, Manual Handling certificate, Safe Pass (desirable) Must have experience in general building works Displays a high standard of work Must be capable of working independently or as part of a team Must have two years’ experience in construction and operating a Crane Must have Crane Operators Licence. The relevant CSCS training or equivalent is essential. SALARY/ HOURLY RATE: Category A Worker- SEO Rates Apply - €22.32 per hour or as amended per legislation WORKING HOURS: Candidate expected to work a 39 hour working week as a full-time permanent position/indefinite contract of employment for our company. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: working outdoors on building sites - mostly residential building sites as well as commercial/ industrial. Working within a team. All protective gear and equipment is supplied.
