We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

The range of products will include all Electronics, Tech, White Goods and Brown Goods.

Responsibilities and Duties

Advising & serving customers.
Processing payments.
Dealing with customer issues
Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
Promoting store cards or special offers.
Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
Arranging window displays.
Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.

Fulfilling Online Purchases - Wrapping Orders and Printing Labels

Online Purchase Support - Liaising with Customers regarding their Orders
