1. Design and implement long-term workforce strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring sustainability in talent acquisition and retention. 
2. Collaborate with leadership to integrate sustainability values into HR practices, ensuring that hiring, training, and employee engagement reflect the company’s carbon-neutral and eco-friendly goals. 
3. Develop programs to foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement, recognition programs, and promoting internal career progression. 
4. Design and implement leadership development initiatives that support the growth of internal talent, promoting from within as part of the company’s values. 5. Lead HR-related change management projects as the company evolves, such as organisational restructuring or transitioning to more sustainable business practices. 

Key Requirements: 
1. Proven experience in leading HR projects, including change management and implementing new technologies. 
2. Extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, particularly in niche industries like cleaning, security, or guest services. 
3. Experience in labour relations, including conflict resolution, union negotiations, and workforce management. 
4. Demonstrated experience in succession planning and leadership development programs. 
5. Experience in designing competitive compensation and benefits packages, balancing financial and employee expectations.
