The successful candidate will be responsible for the general supervision of day and nightime employees and all aspects that come with the smooth running of a bar and restaurant operation. Other duties will iclude but not limited too: - Locking up and reconciling end of day tills, cash and credit cards - liaising with other departments and management to ensure success and smooth running of the business - responsibility along with fellow management, supervisors and employees to ensure all deliveries and stock are in order and monitored - liaise with management and marketing team on promtoing food, beverage, and events that go with the promotion of the business - attend anmd contribute to weekly meetings with senior management
