Job title: Glazier Employer: FW Polidoro Construction Services Ltd Location: Various construction and renovation sites across Ireland Salary: 23 per hour Hours: 39 p/w Key responsibilities: • Installing, repairing, and replacing glass components in buildings and structures (measuring, cutting and shaping glass according to specifications, ensuring precise fits for windows, doors, skylights, and other architectural features, ensuring proper sealing and finishing). • Sealling joints, applying weather stripping, and ensure proper finishing preventing leaks and ensuring a professional appearance. Ensuring proper framing is installed before and after glass installation. • Ensuring high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, windows, and metal structures. • Using appropriate tools and materials to achieve professional standards. • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipments. • Complying with all health and safety standards at the workplace. • Travelling to different construction or renovation sites as required within the assigned area. • Reporting to the site supervisor or company management regarding project progress. Requirements: - Good working knowledge of English is preferable - Have knowledge or interest in glass tools, equipment and materials. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position.
