At Euro Farm Foods Duleek we have vacancies for experienced Butchers, Boners and Trimmers.

Role Purpose:

Working as part of the boning & trimming team in the factory to produce cuts and trims of meat to specification and at line speed.
Undertake all duties as directed by their manager/supervisor.
This role will involve working to production targets 
Previous butchering experience is required for this role – at least two years


Responsibilities:

Trim and bone, as directed by the supervisor, to customer specification and at line speed.

Be familiar with the daily production plan and work as part of the team.

Maintain a safe work environment and follow HACCP principles at all times

Hours of work

Shifts are Monday – Friday and will change dependent on needs of the business.  Hours of work typically be 39 hours a week. Overtime available during busy periods paid at a premium rate. 


Own transport is necessary as the factory is not near public transport

Candidates must have legal right to work in Ireland
