Must possess a third-level qualification in hospitality or food & beverage management and a minimum of five years of experience. Key Skills & Attributes: - Coordinating daily restaurant management operations. - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction. - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints. - Recruit, train, and manage staff.
