LCC LEMON TREE CHINESE LIMITED t/a Lemon Tree Chinese Restaurant Finglas located at Corner of, North Rd, Seamus Ennis Rd, Finglas, Dublin, D11 DPK3 is looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining top-quality standards.
-Develop and enhance recipes to keep the menu innovative and appealing.
-Supervise and organize kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and clear task assignments.
-Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion sizes according to restaurant standards.
-Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times.
-Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure ingredient freshness.
-Strictly follow food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary position for 2 years. 
-Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
-Skilled in preparing both traditional and contemporary Asian dishes with accuracy.
-Detail-oriented with a creative approach to cooking.
-Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
-Solid understanding of food safety protocols and best practices.

Salary: €34,000 per year (based on a 39-hour workweek).
Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 years).
