Role Overview:
The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining windows and doors after installation. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on windows and doors (uPVC, aluminium, composite, and timber).
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
Perform adjustments, resealing, and component replacements where required.
Liaise with customers to explain issues and resolve concerns professionally.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work completed.
Ensure all work is carried out to health and safety standards.
Manage tools, parts, and company equipment responsibly.
Work closely with the office team to schedule and prioritise service calls.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in the window and door industry, preferably in a service/repair role.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Good understanding of window and door mechanisms, locks, and fittings.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Full, clean driving licence (essential).
Flexibility to travel within the service area.
