About us
We are a 100 seater Indian restaurant in Donaghcumper, Celbridge. As a busy restaurant our chefs need to work at an extremely fast pace to prioritise our customers experience.  Our menu is extensive and also our pride, as we try to accommodate our customers by tailoring our dishes to suit their palates.  
Requirements 
You will be a chef with a minimum of two years experience working in a busy kitchen preparing, cooking and serving Indian Dishes.
You will be a person who can keep up with the fast pace and intensity of working in a busy environment.  As an Indian food chef you must be aware of changing culinary trends and introduce new recipes and innovative ways to prepare and cook Indian curry dishes.  
You shall exercise such functions and duties that the Company may 	delegate from time to time in keeping with your position.  These 	functions and duties shall include but are not limited to :
•	Check freshness of food and ingredients before cooking and 
        serving
•	Coordinate activities with other cooks and other food 
        preparation workers
•	Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
•	Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of 
        meals
•	Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness 
        and functionality
•	Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation 
        workers
•	Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
•	Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety 
        standards
