GP Wood Lissarda Ltd require a Sawdoctor to work at their facility in Lissarda, Co. Cork, P14 P027. The successful candidate, working within the Production Team, will be required to: • Sawdoctor duties such as setting up and maintenance of sawmilling equipment for operation. • The operation of state-of-the-art sawmilling equipment. • Working with the production team to produce high quality finished product. • Routine cleaning and maintenance of saws and machinery. • Other sawmilling / sawdoctor tasks when required. • Record job production reports. • Comply with good manufacturing practices and safety standards. • Assist with quality control and production planning. • Work with the existing production and sawshop team. • Demonstrate good communication skills. Experience, skills, qualifications section. • Experience in the sawmilling / wood processing industry ideally sawdoctor roles. • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative. This is a full-time position, working 39 hours a week with an hourly rate of €16.80 per hour which equates to an annual salary of €34,070.40.
