Key Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles or parts for damage and determine appropriate repair procedures Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking Apply body filler to dents, dings, and other surface imperfections Sand and smooth repaired surfaces to ensure a flawless finish Mix and apply primers, sealers, and topcoats using spray guns Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality finishes Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members in the repair and refinishing process Perform quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: Proven experience as a Spray Painter/Auto Body Filler, or similar role Familiarity with spray guns, sanding equipment, and other painting tools Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to follow safety standards and procedures
