Maintenance Technician
On behalf of Bewley’s Tea & Coffee Ltd, Dublin

Location: Northern Cross Office, Dublin, Ireland
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required)
Salary: €57,500 - €63,250 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Contract: Permanent
Shift: Shifts will rotate on a weekly basis and will run from Monday - Friday
1. Days 7am – 3pm
2. Evening 3pm – 11pm (Mon-Thurs) (Friday 3-9pm)

About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our production equipment operates at optimal performance. This role is a key part of our production team, supporting manufacturing goals through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain production process equipment, carrying out breakdown repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Implement improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency.

Maintain buildings and utilities systems as needed.

Promote a culture of safety across all activities.

Coordinate with and oversee external specialist contractors.

Set up and change over production equipment to required formats.

Ensure compliance with GMP work procedures, including documentation.

Manage spare parts systems: monitor stock levels, order, store, and issue materials.

Essential Requirements

Time-served mechanical/electrical maintenance background or millwright either degree or trade background.

Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Experience with form & fill seal machines.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
