Gihan Restaurants Limited, GIHANS GASTRO PUB & RESTAURANT AT CHARLEVILLE GOLF CLUB, ARDMORE, CHARLEVILLE, Co.CORK, P56X960, IRELAND, is currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.
Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include:

• Restaurant Manager experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.

This position is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week. €34,000 per annum salary.
