This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact through advanced clinical practice, team leadership, and mentorship in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and hands-on treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and chronic conditions.
Manage your own caseload autonomously while contributing to overall clinic performance.
Mentor and oversee junior physiotherapists, athletic therapists, and student interns, promoting a culture of clinical excellence and reflective practice.
Deliver and participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, including regular internal training sessions and education updates.
Lead or support specialised services such as cardiac rehabilitation and lymphoedema management, depending on experience.
Maintain high standards of documentation and participate in service audits and improvements.
Deliver care in both outpatient and nursing home/residential care settings, including respite and long-term mobility sessions.

Key Requirements

BSc (Level 8) Degree in Physiotherapy and current CORU registration (Ireland).
Minimum 8+ years post-graduate experience in physiotherapy, ideally in outpatient and community settings.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship, including supervision of junior physiotherapists, athletic therapists, and students.
Strong background in rehabilitation of elderly and post-surgical patients, including work in residential/nursing home environments.
Training in Dry Needling is essential. Acupuncture training is desirable.
Training or clinical experience in cardiac rehab and/or lymphoedema management is a significant advantage.
    ISCP membership is preferred.
Strong clinical reasoning, time management, leadership, and delegation skills.
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

What We Offer

A welcoming and professional clinic culture with a strong focus on teamwork and development.
Dedicated CPD support and opportunities for clinical progression.
The chance to shape and lead evolving services within a growing team.
