Baker Position at Majara Ltd T/A Gino Gelato & Dessert Restaurant Location: STREET 11, NEW STREET, MALAHIDE, DUBLIN Position: Baker (2 Position) Salary: €34,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week Application: Apply by email to accounts@foodgroup.ie Job Description Purpose of the Role: To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the baking process, maximizing output while consistently achieving quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, bake, and cook sweet dishes in line with recipe guidelines. Maintain a high standard of work and quality control. Comply with food safety and HACCP standards. Follow health and safety regulations, reporting any issues promptly. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Complete necessary paperwork per company and legal standards. Support a positive team environment and company image. Follow company policies and contribute to continuous improvement. Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager. Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a good level of English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. Proactive, “can-do” attitude.
