Lee Engineering Limited is looking for a full-time 3 Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for selecting appropriate welding equipment such as electric arc, gas torch; connecting wires to power supply, hoses to oxygen, acetylene, argon, carbon dioxide, electric arc and adjusts controls to regulate gas pressure and rate of flow; cutting metal pieces using gas torch and electric arc; guiding electrode and torch along line of weld, burns away damaged areas, and melts brazing alloy and solder into joints; cleaning and smoothes weld; repairing metal structures of different sizes; checking finished workpiece for defects and conformity with specification; maintaining and repair all machinery. Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in Welding Trades; able to assemble metal parts by welding and cut and remove defects from metal using a variety of equipment and techniques; excellent attention to details. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
