Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and ensure operational cover at all times. Oversee cash handling and EPOS systems, training team members in compliance. Ensure HACCP and food safety documentation is up to date and compliant. Drive high hygiene and cleanliness standards across all service areas. Deliver staff training, inductions, and regular team huddles to promote Sodexo values. Support food preparation, service, and presentation to company standards. Respond to incidents, feedback, and management requests promptly and professionally What you'll bring: Proven experience in a supervisory role within catering, hospitality, or food services. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Confidence in managing rotas, staffing needs, and operational priorities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to support occasional events, overtime, and special functions. A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
