Full Job Description:  
Full Time and Part Time positions available 
20 hours per week (Part-tine) 
37.5 hours per week (Full-time)


Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the Gather & Gather standard.

To prepare service counters as required for service in line with Gather & Gather standards and to ensure the availability of product during all service periods.

To ensure that service counters and dining areas display appropriate merchandising under the
guidance of the General Manager/ Chef Manager and ensure that all products are correctly priced, labeled and in date.

Serve all food and beverages to the highest standard and in line with the Gather & Gather style 
using the correct tools and presentation techniques.

Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is polished.

To assist with any food preparation in kitchen to the Gather & Gather standard as required.

Keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the Gather & Gather standards.

Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply with cleaning schedules.

Present and maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at all times.

Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner providing assistance where necessary in line with the Gather & Gather style.

Provide information to customers about the food in a knowledgeable and informed manner.

Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service.

To accurately and efficiently handle all transactions and to assist with cashing up procedures in line with Gather & Gather standards.

To understand and comply with Gather & Gather and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality 
standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these 
standards and to work in a safe and tidy manner at all times

Wear the correct uniform and safety shoes as directed and maintain uniform items appropriately.

Report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any hygiene, health and safety hazard to the General Manager.
