We’re looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Vagabond Restaurant, located in the vibrant coastal town of Lahinch, Co. Clare. Our menu combines Irish and Mediterranean influences.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing busy kitchen operations, developing creative seasonal menus, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and leading a positive kitchen culture.

You’ll work closely with the owners to shape the future of the restaurant while delivering an outstanding food experience for locals and visitors alike.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar setting

* Knowledge of Irish and Mediterranean cuisine

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Passion for quality produce, teamwork, and consistency

* Understanding of cost control, stock management and compliance
