Baileys Hotel at Main Street, Cashel, Co.Tipperary is looking for an experienced restaurant manager. Minimum 5 years of experience is required in this role and a third level education in Hospitality Management is required. Main Duties include : sound knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant  management role including rostering, purchasing and reservations. Knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages. Also excellent leadership and communication skils. Salary is €34,000/annum on 39 hours/week.
