Our restaurant, The Phoenix Bistro Limited, located at 12 Ellis Quay, Smithfield, Dublin 7, Dublin, D07 DD88 also known as PHX Bistro is a growing name in the gastronomy of Ireland and is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving client engagement and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on brand awareness, consumer insights, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify trends in the gastronomy and food industry, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences, pricing, and promotional strategies. Monitor the progress of advertising campaigns and propose adjustments based on client feedback. Support the coordination of events, open days, and community engagement initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a similar role. Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SPSS, or similar). Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
