We are looking for 3 motivated and skilled Commis Chefs to join our talented kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in line with our menu standards.

Support senior chefs in the cooking process, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and quality.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.

Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and ensuring stock rotation.

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Assist with the creation and testing of new dishes and menu items under the guidance of the head chef.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen position, preferably in an Asian restaurant environment.

Strong cooking and knife skills, with a passion for food and Asian cuisine.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. NVQ, culinary diploma, or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.

We are primarily looking to hire EU passport holders. However, if necessary, we can assist the right candidate with the application process for a General Employment Permit to work in Ireland.
