We are looking for 3 motivated and skilled Commis Chefs to join our talented kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in line with our menu standards. 

- Support senior chefs in the cooking process, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and quality.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.

- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and ensuring stock rotation.

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

- Assist with the creation and testing of new dishes and menu items with the guidance of head chef

Requirements 

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen position, ideally in a restaurant offering cuisine.

- Great cooking and knife skills, with a passion for food and cuisine.

- Ability to work efficiently facing pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. 

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. NVQ, culinary diploma, or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential. 

- If necessary, we can assist the candidate with the application process for a General Employment Permit.
