Customer Service: Interact positively with passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a pleasant travel experience. Qualifications and Skills Licensing: A valid Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) license is required to operate a bus. Driving Skills: Excellent driving skills, particularly in operating large vehicles in various traffic conditions. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. Customer Service Orientation: Patience and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing good customer service.
