Hugh Maguire Ltd are recruiting a skilled butcher/deboner for their site at Unit 3/4 Highstreet, Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Boning, trimming, and cutting meat to required standards.
- Maintaining excellent yield, quality, and consistency.
- Operating knives and equipment safely.
- Ensuring strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety compliance

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role essential, as well as good knowledge of meat cuts and processing.
