We are seeking a talented Desktop/Mobile App Developer/Support Assistant to join our team in a Tech/Telecom in house sales and CRM environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing technical support for desktop and mobile applications that support our in-house sales and customer relationship management (CRM) processes. The candidate will also assist with providing customer support and troubleshooting of technical issues. Design, develop and maintain desktop and mobile applications that support in-house sales and CRM processes. Market Top Brand CRM, Sales & Accounts Software. Work collaboratively with other members of the development team to ensure high-quality code is delivered. Provide technical support to in-house sales, support team and accountant. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications. Assist with testing and quality assurance of the applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate progress to management. Qualification & Experience Degree or Certification in Computer Science or related field. At least 1 to 2 years of experience in desktop and mobile application development. Proficiency in Java, Swift, PhP, Android development tools. iOS tools Strong problem-solving ski ls and attention to detail. Excellent communication ski ls and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
