Job Title: Graphic Design & Branding Associate
Employer: Nugent Workwear & Safety
Location: Unit 7C Centre Point Business Park, Oak Road, Dublin 12
Salary: 38,909 p.a.
Hours: 36.5 hrs p/w

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop logos, digital artwork, and branded materials for workwear and safety products.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across print, embroidery, and digital media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into impactful designs.
- Digitize embroidery files and prepare artwork for production.
- Operate and maintain embroidery and printing equipment, ensuring top-quality output.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment when required.
- Design engaging content for social media platforms.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to deliver customized branding solutions for clients.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to support both production and marketing goals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, branding, or embroidery/printing operations.
- Demonstrated experience with embroidery digitizing and logo creation.
- Background in workwear, safety products, or textile/printing industries is desirable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Wilcom embroidery software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for admin and reporting
- Creative thinker with strong branding ideas
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
