At West Cork Training & Development Scheme (WCTDS), we provide a proactive approach to individual training and development through Community Employment (CE) in Bantry and surrounds. 

We are recruiting for a full-time CE Scheme Assistant Supervisor to join our team, to assist our CE Supervisor in ensuring the effective and efficient administration and co-ordination of the Scheme; and to encourage participants’ progression through work experience, training and support, empowering them towards sustainable future employment. 

The ideal candidate will have an administrative background and a good understanding of and empathy for the varying needs of job seekers and community groups.
