Various shifts available within the hours of 7:30am to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays

Maintenance Operative/Caretaker
Dromtacker, Tralee - Full time

What you'll do: 
Maintain full knowledge of building fabric, maintenance, tools, and equipment.
Perform minor repairs as directed by the FM Manager after proper training.
Conduct daily and weekly checks; report any faults, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure all areas and storage are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with security regulations.
Use and maintain tools, equipment, and safety signage correctly.
Manage material usage efficiently and report low stock levels for reordering.
Respond promptly to Helpdesk calls and provide cover during absences.
Comply with all company and client policies, including health & safety and site regulations.
Attend required training, meetings, and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and tasks outside regular hours.
What you'll bring: 
Qualification in a recognised trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is advantageous.
Adhere to all company and statutory health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Deliver consistent service meeting contract standards and performance targets.
May be required to respond to emergency calls outside working hours.
Work collaboratively as part of the on-site team.
