We’re seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly websites that support our advertising campaigns and client objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup where your designs will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful digital experiences for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
•	Design and create responsive, visually appealing websites that align with client branding and campaign goals.
•	Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and development teams to translate campaign concepts into engaging web experiences.
•	Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
•	Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
•	Incorporate SEO best practices and analytics integration to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
•	Maintain and update web assets to reflect evolving client needs and industry trends.
•	Create design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across digital projects.

Qualifications
•	Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•	2+ years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
•	Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Sketch.
•	Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
•	Experience designing responsive websites with a focus on user experience and accessibility (WCAG standards).
•	Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
•	A portfolio showcasing creative, user-focused web designs (please include a link in your application).
•	Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
