Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: Dublin City Centre Job Description: House Dublin is seeking a passionate and dedicated CDP to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our highly talented Chef, contributing to the growth and evolution of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Station Management: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry), ensuring smooth operations during service. Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standards and recipes. Team Supervision: Lead and mentor junior staff (e.g., commis chefs) within the section. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and portion control. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure food safety regulations and cleanliness are strictly followed. Coordination: Communicate effectively with other sections and the Head Chef to ensure timely service. Our Wishlist: 1-2 years experience in a similar role Experience cooking in high standard restaurants with menus based on Contemporary Irish Food a genuine passion for food & cooking strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Good communication This role is perfect for someone looking to make their mark in a dynamic and ambitious kitchen.
