Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Furniture Maker with at least 5 years professional experience in woodworking, furniture building and related skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing and finishing wooden furniture and fittings to meet project and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing, crafting and assembling furniture items such as tables, chairs, wardrobes, cabinets and bespoke wooden pieces.
Measuring, cutting and shaping wood and related materials to precise specifications.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and client instructions.
Using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
Applying finishing techniques such as sanding, varnishing, staining and polishing.
Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and client satisfaction standards.
Working independently and as part of a wider construction team.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Furniture Maker or Cabinetmaker.
Proven expertise in producing high quality, custom wooden furniture.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Knowledge of wood finishing techniques and use of woodworking machinery.
Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
Familiarity with health and safety standards in workshop and site environments.
