Lemon Tree Chinese Takeaway is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef. This position requires a dedicated individual with a proven track record in food preparation and a commitment to excellence in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Position: Commis Chef

Establishment: Lemon Tree Chinese Takeaway (Edenmore LC Chinese Limited)

Location: 10, Edenmore Shopping Center, Raheny, Dublin 5

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Execute the preparation, cooking, and plating of Chinese and Thai cuisine.

-Uphold stringent hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

-Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.

Qualifications:

-A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a commis chef or similar role is required.

-Knowledge of Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese and Thai, is a significant advantage.

Compensation:
An annual salary of €34,000 is offered, subject to a 39-hour weekly employment contract.
