Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager Employer: Essential Bathrooms and Tiles Location: City East Retail Park, Unit 12, Limerick, Ireland Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €34,000 per annum Start Date: As soon as possible About Us Essential Bathrooms and Tiles is a specialist retailer of bathroom solutions, tiles, and interior design products. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and a tailored service to our customers in both residential and commercial sectors. Responsibilities - Develop strategies to expand our client base and increase sales. - Manage and build strong relationships with trade and retail customers. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. - Support sales processes from initial consultation to completion. - Contribute to marketing and promotional activities. Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of bathroom products, tiles, or interior design is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and within a team.
