About Us
MF Engineering & Design Ltd. is a growing construction and snagging company delivering high-quality residential projects across Meath and Dublin. We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team and support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Role Overview
The Foreperson will oversee the day-to-day running of construction sites, supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating progress, and maintaining quality. This is a hands-on role — the right candidate will have strong practical experience in construction and the ability to guide and correct the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
	•	Supervise and coordinate tradesmen, subcontractors, and labourers.
	•	Provide clear instructions and ensure work is completed to specification.
	•	Identify defects or poor finishes and direct corrective action.
	•	Monitor progress, deadlines, and material requirements.
	•	Ensure Health & Safety compliance on site.
	•	Report directly to the Project Manager with updates and site needs.

Requirements
	•	Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction (carpentry, masonry, or general building background).
	•	At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/foreman role.
	•	Strong hands-on knowledge — must understand how to do the work in order to supervise effectively.
	•	Ability to read and interpret drawings.
	•	Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
	•	Valid work documentation/visa for Ireland.
	•	Own transport and full clean driver’s licence (preferred).

What We Offer
	•	Competitive salary (based on experience).
	•	Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company.
	•	Supportive management and positive team environment.
	•	Diverse projects across Meath and Dublin.
